SQSC29 and LNS Color Combos Card Season of Friendship

Hello, Friends!

The LNS Challenge this week is to create a card (or other project) using your favorite color combinations.  For as long as I can remember, I loved the "rainbow" combination.  Some things never change!  All of my card stock is still arranged in "rainbow" order by Stampin' Up family!

I created this card using rainbow colors to show off one of my favorite combinations.  It's nothing fancy, but is just a sweet little card.  The sketch came from the Stampin' Queens challenge for this week.  I had to turn my card to be able to fit more rows of circles.  I'm also too particular to have that many tiny circles since they would have to be lined up just right!

Happy Stamping!

I used the following Stampin' Up products to make this card:

Season of Friendship Stamp Set
Melon Mambo, Real Red, Tangerine Tango, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Garden Green, Pacific Point, Rich Razzleberry, and Concord Crush Classic Inks
Whisper White, Melon Mambo, Real Red, Tangerine Tango, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Garden Green, Bashful Blue, Pacific Point, Rich Razzleberry and Concord Crush Card Stock
Square Lattice Textured Impressions Embossing Folder
Big Shot

SQSC21 Sale-a-bration Season of Life

I don't know what's different from last night until this morning, but my pictures came right up!  Happy Stamping!

Hello, Friends!

You know when you're exhausted and you just have one more thing to do before bed?
Well, my last thing was to make today's blog post.  It shouldn't take long and then I'd be sound asleep in dreamland...I thought.

I don't know why, but I cannot upload my picture for today's Stampin' Queens Sketch Challenge.  So, I'm going to bed and I'll try again tomorrow morning.

For those of you who can see my card on Stampin' Queens Sketch Challenge,  here is the recipe for it.  It uses a lot of Sale-a-bration products that will be available at the end of this month.

I used the following Stampin' Up products to make this invisible card:

Season of Friendship Stamp Set
Lucky Limeade and Chocolate Chip Classic Inks
Very Vanilla, Calypso Coral, Lucky Limeade, Pool Party, and Chocolate Chip Card Stock
Everyday Enchantment Sale-a-bration Designer Series Paper
Everyday Enchantment Ribbon and Brad Pack
Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border and 3/16" Corner Punches

LNS Challenge Animal Antics A Flower for all Seasons

Hello, Friends! Happy Wednesday to you all!

This is another one of my favorite stamp sets that is being retired- "A Flower for all Seasons." I like each of the four seasons, but I think summer and fall are my favorites. I love the frog and the ladybug. Of course, spring and winter are also cute. Maybe they're all four my favorites!?

Anyway, this card is an "old meets new" because the stamp set is retiring but the Designer Series Paper will be in the new catalog. It's a fun combination of the two. It also meets the Animal Antics Challenge for the LNS Design Team this week!

Happy Stamping!

I used the following Stampin' Up products to make this card:

A Flower for all Seasons and Season of Friendship Stamp Sets
Blushing Bride, Poppy Parade, Peach Parfait, So Saffron, Wild Wasabi, Baja Breeze, Early Espresso and Basic Black Classic Inks
Whisper White, Wild Wasabi, and Baja Breeze Card Stock
Just Add Cake Designer Series Paper

SU Stars Blog Hop "Season of Friendship" Thank You Cards and PPA64

Welcome to the SU Stars blog hop! Thank you for stopping at my blog. You might have just visited Mary Campbell's blog. She has great Christmas Thank You cards on her blog. If you'd like to start at the very beginning of the blog tour, you can click here which will take you to the home page.

Here are my projects for this exciting weekend! Keep reading to find my blog candy being offered to those who comment on or subscribe to my blog!

I had signed up to make a "thank you" card instead of a "Thanksgiving" card for this blog hop.
The first one I made was the fall tree.

I colored the leaves with five different Stampin' Write Markers.

Then I stamped a couple of extra ones, cut them out, and put them on with Stampin' Dimensionals to give the leaves a 3D effect. I love Stampin' Dimensionals!

I was very happy with this card. However, with the fall leaves and the sentiment, it looked more like a "Thanksgiving" card than just a random "thank you" card.
So, I decided to make the same basic card, but with green leaves instead of the fall ones.

I colored those leaves with four different colors and also cut a few extras out to put on with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Now, I have two cards that I ended up being very happy with for the tour.
I hope you enjoy them both, too!
I used the following Stampin' Up Products for both cards:

Season of Friendship Stamp Set
Early Espresso Classic Ink for the tree
Very Vanilla Card Stock for the background of the tree and inside of the oval
Crumb Cake Card Stock for the background of the card
Scalloped Oval and 1 3/4" x 7/8" Oval Punches
Stampin' Dimensionals

The fall tree card also used the following SU Products:
Grateful Greetings Stamp Set
Cherry Cobbler, Tangerine Tango, More Mustard, Always Artichoke, and Soft Suede Stampin' Write Markers
Tangerine Tango Card Stock
5/8" Early Espresso Satin Ribbon

The green tree card also used the following SU Products:
Thank You Kindly Stamp Set
Wild Wasabi, Old Olive, Garden Green, and Always Artichoke Stampin' Write Markers
Wild Wasabi Card Stock
5/8" Old Olive Grosgrain Ribbon

For blog candy, I am offering 2 feet of the 5/8" Early Espresso Satin Ribbon or 2 feet of the 5/8" Old Olive Grosgrain Ribbon. Leave a comment and a random number will be selected to identify the winner. If you are a subscriber to my blog and your number is selected, you'll win both!

Now, to see the next stop on the blog tour, go to Angie Valle-Peters blog to see the amazing projects she created! They are awesome!
The fall card also fits with the inspirational fall photo on Pals Paper Arts Challenge 64. You can see the photo and other beautiful cards here.
Happy Stamping!

SU Stars Blog Hop "Season of Friendship"

Welcome to the SU Stars Blog Hop!
If you would like to start at the beginning of our blog tour, go to the SU Stars blog here.
If you've been following the blog hop, you probably came from Deborah Robb's blog,
Read to the end to find the next stop.

When I decided that I would be making a card for autumn, I was excited!
I live in Arizona. We don't have autumn, at least not in Phoenix where I live.
There are no trees that change colors. No crisp fall mornings.
You see, I am a midwest girl.
I know all about caramel apples, crunchy leaves under your feet, and fall festivals.

When I think of fall, I think of the weather getting cooler.
Time to break out the long sleeves, sweaters and quilts.
So my card is based on a midwest quilt perfect for the fall season.
This card says fall to me.

I have decided I'm decorating for fall this year whether it looks like fall or not!
So, my Boyd's Bear friend joined the picture.
I hope you enjoy my card.

If you live somewhere where autumn exists, please go enjoy it for me!

Leave me a comment with your email address. One lucky winner will receive 10 pieces of cardstock cut with the Scallop Square exclusive Stampin Up die! If you are chosen and are a subscriber to my blog, you'll win 20 Scallop Squares!

I used the following Stampin Up products to make this card:

Season of Friendship Stamp Set
Soft Suede Classic Ink
Very Vanilla, Cherry Cobbler, Cajun Craze, More Mustard, Not Quite Navy, and Soft Suede Card Stock.
Designer Series Paper Patterns Stack- Regals Collection
Designer Buttons- Regals Collection
Natural Hemp Twine
Square Lattice Textured Embossing Folder
Scallop Square Stampin Up Clear Bigz Die
Big Shot
