SFF Up, Up & Away

Hello, Friends!

Merry Christmas Eve Eve!  I didn't make a Christmas card for this week's Sketch Frenzy Friday Challenge, though.  I made this simple little card for a friend that just graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in engineering.  Inside, it says, "the sky's the limit."  I added some clouds to the sketch so the balloon wasn't just floating all by itself.

Happy Stamping and Merry Christmas!

I used the following Stampin' Up products to make this card:

Up, Up and Away and Out on a Limb Stamp Sets
Island Indigo, Rich Razzleberry, Early Espresso, and Basic Black Classic Inks
Whisper White, Lucky Limeade, and Bashful Blue Card Stock
2011-2013 In Colors Patterns Designer Series Paper Stack
 3/8" Lucky Limeade Ruffled Ribbon

Now, check out Deb Currier's card that she made with this sketch on her blog at http://www.artfeltimpressions.blogspot.com/.  Then, you can make your own card and share it with us at http://www.sketchfrenzyfriday.blogspot.com/

TSSC194 and LNS Challenge Out On A Limb

Hello, Stampers!

I have to admit, I'm not much of a Halloween person.  It's cute and fun for the kids (and a cute little wiener dog in his costume!)  However, I don't decorate and go all out for it (except for the cute little wiener dog in his costume.)

Even though I'm not a Halloween enthusiast, I do love this cute little witch from the "Out on a Limb" stamp set.  So, I used her to create this card for our Halloween challenge over on Late Night Stampers.  Mary Jo's Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge gave me the design for my card.  It think it turned out cute!

Happy Stamping!

I used the following Stampin' Up products to make this card:

Out on a Limb and Tiny Tags Stamp Sets
Early Espresso and Basic Black Classic Inks
Pumpkin Pie, Basic Gray, and Basic Black Stampin' Write Markers
Very Vanilla, Pumpkin Pie, and Basic Black Card Stock
Pick Your Poison Designer Series Paper
Pick Your Poison Quick Accents
Circle Scissor Plus

SFF and LNS Challenges Up, Up & Away

Hello, Friends!

Happy Friday to you!  My card today is based on the sketch challenge on the Sketch Frenzy Friday blog.  I switched it a little to make clouds instead of the scallop shape in the sketch.  Hopefully, you can see how one thing led to another to get this cute birthday card from the original sketch.  The clouds have Stampin' Dimensionals behind them so they stick out a little from the blue sky which I think adds a lot to the card.  I also used 2 In Colors so my card also fits the LNS Challenge this week.

Happy Stamping!

I used the following Stampin' Up products to make this card:

Up, Up and Away and Out on a Limb Stamp Sets
Concord Crush, Early Espresso and Basic Black Classic Stamp Pads
Poppy Parade and Concord Crush Stampin' Write Markers
Whisper White, Poppy Parade, Bashful Blue and Concord Crush Card Stock
Square Lattice Textured Impressions Embossing Folder
Big Shot
Stampin' Dimensionals

SFF and PPA110 Out on a Limb

Hello, Friends!

I created this cute Halloween card for our Sketch Frenzy Friday blog challenge this week.  It features the stamp set "Out on a Limb" from the new Holiday Mini Catalog.  Isn't it fun?!  I'm not a big Halloween person, but I was happy with how this card turned out.  The challenge on Pals Paper Arts Blog this week is also to create a Halloween project, so my card works for it as well!

Happy Stamping!

I used the following Stampin' Up products to make this card:

Out on a Limb and Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Sets and Wonderfully Worn Background Stamp

1/2" Basic Black Scallop Dots Ribbon
