LNS Celebrations and SFF Crazy for Cupcakes

Hello, Friends!

It's Friday!  Woo Hoo!  I didn't think this week would be very busy but I was wrong!  Luckily, I had time to stamp the Sketch Frenzy Friday card for this week.  I changed the sketch a little bit so I could use the birthday sentiment from Curly Cute.  I'm not sure that I love it, but it's okay.  Who knows- you may see it again after I've tweaked it.

Until then, it fits the Sketch Frenzy Friday sketch as well as the LNS Challenge for projects that deal with celebrations.  The is the last female birthday card I have to make for my leaders this year.  I have over 70 of them, so sending everyone a card this year is a cause for celebration!

Happy Stamping!

I used the following Stampin' Up products to make this card:

Crazy for Cupcakes and Curly Cute Stamp Sets
Black Stazon Ink
Blushing Bride, Poppy Parade, Tangerine Tango, So Saffron, Wild Wasabi, and Baja Breeze Stampin' Write Markers
Whisper White, Blushing Bride, Wild Wasabi, and Baja Breeze Card Stock
Just Add Cake Designer Series Paper
Smooch Illuminate Top Coat Pearlized Accent Ink
Stampin' Dimensionals

Now, be sure to check out Deb Currier's blog, http://www.artfeltimpressions.blogspot.com/, to see the card she created with this sketch.  Then, make your own and share it with us at http://www.sketchfrenzyfriday.blogspot.com/

SFF Crazy for Cupcakes

Hello, Friends!

I hope you've had a great week and are looking forward to the weekend.  I am happy to announce that it has finally cooled off in Phoenix!  Our high today is going to be in the 70s!  It's going back up after that, but not back to 110, so I'm happy!  If I could just get rid of these allergy related migraines and horrible headaches, I'd be on cloud nine!

Now to stamping- my card today features the sketch challenge from our Sketch Frenzy Friday team.  My mind was spinning with all of the different cards I could make with it, but since I always need birthday cards, this is what I settled on.  I think it's a happy little card.  I love Stampin' Up's "Just Add Cake" Designer Series Paper.  It's perfect for birthdays or other happy occassions!

Happy Stamping!

TSSC146 Crazy For Cupcakes!

This is the card I made based on today's Techno Stamper Monday Lunchtime Sketch 146. You can see it here.

I made this card for my Mom's birthday. Orange is her favorite color, so I wanted to incoporate it into the card. I added the ribbon to bring in another touch of Pumpkin Pie Orange to the card. The Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie, and Pacific Point color combination came from my Color Coach!

Happy (belated) Birthday, Mom!
The card was a little late. The big wishes were not!

I used the following Stampin' Up supplies to make this card:
Crazy for Cupcakes and Short and Sweet Stamp Sets
Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, and Pacific Point Classic Inks
Whisper White, Pumpkin Pie, Tempting Turquoise, and Pacific Point Card Stock
1/4" Pumpkin Pie Grosgrain Ribbon
Blender Pens
