FTL147 Every Little Bit

Hello, Friends!

It's been windy and rainy in Phoenix tonight. It's always great to hear the rain when it's been about six months since it last rained. Unfortunately, when the wind blows first, you can smell and taste the dirt in the air. The other problem is that it will now be 106 and humid tomorrow. I hate that even more! So, I'm posting this card on my blog and then I'm going to bed. I am tired, but then I also won't be able to taste all the dirt in the air and will be less grumpy about it in my sleep. :)

On the bright side, my first order from the 2011-2012 Stampin' Up! catalog will be here by the end of this week! That puts a smile on my face, even if I do end up with a little dust on it.

This card isn't officially "baby" but I made it for a friend who is expecting a baby girl any day now. I know she'll receive lots of baby themed items so I wanted to make it a little different- celebrating all the girly things in their future.
Thanks to Clean and Simple Stamping for the great sketch!

Happy Stamping!
(even if it's dusty and hot where you live)

I used the following Stampin' Up products to make this card:
Every Little Bit Stamp Set
Pretty in Pink and Rose Red Classic Inks
Black Stazon Ink
Versamark Ink
Whisper White, Pretty in Pink, Rose Red, and Basic Black Card Stock
Subtles Patterns Designer Series Paper Stack
Circle and Scallop Trim Border Punches
Pretty in Pink 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon

I rarely take the time to comment on your blog. I saw the birthday boy's picture on the post yesterday and had to wish him a HB! Right now I have a small basset, Henry, who is very ornery but I still love him!

Anyway, I wanted to say that I really love this card! I, too, need a baby card and want to be a bit different. Anyway, everything about this card just "clicks" in my mind! Thanks for sharing your talent with us!
