Hello, Friends!

Hello, Friends!
I just wanted to take a moment and give you a health update.  My brain says, "You're healthy!  You're healed.  You want to go here.  You want to go there.  You want to stamp.  You want to make cards.  You want to work so you can buy more stamps.  LOL!"
My back and my body says, "You are not healthy.  You aren't healed yet.  You can't go here.  You can't go there.  You want to stamp, but you just can't yet.  You want to make cards but you just don't have the energy yet.  You haven't recovered enough yet.  You want to work so you can take care of your own bills and buy more stamps but unfortunately, you are no where near that yet."
I am very lucky because I am getting better, it's just slower than I would like.  It's a lot slower than I would like!  I really didn't think it would take this long to bounce back.  Every night when I go to bed I think, "I want to make a card tomorrow." and then I can't because I'm too worn out.  So I think it again the next night.
Thankfully, I was able to be the Growing in Unity girl because I had made my cards before surgery and just had to take pictures and get them on my blog.  You would think that would be easy, but it was a hard week.  It was fun and great to have new people visit my blog.  It was just hard.
So, be please continue to be patient with me and as soon as I can I'll have cards to show you again.  I miss stamping.  My Pinterest page is awesome, though, as I live vicariously through other stampers!  Make a card for me until I can get going again.
Happy Stamping!

Thank you for the update, Angela. I've been wondering how you were doing. I pray for patience for you! My Mister had very invasive shoulder surgery a few years ago and he was like a caged animal, furious and impatient that it hadn't worked/was taking too long. In the end, it took six months for him to feel like himself again and realize that the surgery was a complete and total success. And your back surgery was prolly way more invasive than his was, so hang in there, girl. All those wishes you have will be realized ... in time. I'm so pleased for you that things ARE moving, albeit slowly, in a positive direction!! Big hugs, Darnell
