Hello, Friends!
Happy Easter!
I'm writing this the night before my back surgery, but you should be reading it one month and one day after it. I just couldn't let Easter go by without a message. I had wanted to make a religious card for the Easter post on my blog but wasn't able to get it done in time. I actually made this card for my Grandma for Easter 2014. I had no idea not getting cards posted on my blog would actually be beneficial when I wanted it to keep going later!
Although the last few years have been rough, I could not have gotten through them without Jesus. Jesus died on the cross as the sacrifice for my sins. He did this so I could spend eternity in Heaven which is why I celebrate Easter. I have a new life in Christ. Just like spring brings new life in bunnies and chicks, I have a new life with God's love and hope in it. He didn't just do this for me, but for you as well. Jesus has helped me get through all the health problems I've had by giving me strength and encouragement. He is the ultimate physician that will heal my body. I know He is the one who brought me to a wonderful, caring doctor and guided the hands of this same surgeon who worked on my back. In spite of everything, I always have hope because of my faith in Christ. I hope that each of you can find this same life with this peace, even in the midst of what seems like it's been one problem after another. God is truly good and it's because of Him I can keep going, no matter what this life with a wiener dog holds.
Have a wonderful Easter and
