The Perfect New Year's Resolution

Happy New Year!

Today is the day that all New Year's Resolutions start. I could make some big proclamations here about my New Year's resolutions for all to see. Or, I could be more realistic and admit that I probably won't be running a marathon or becoming the next American Idol, especially since I don't run or sing. So with more realistic expectations in mind, I made this card.
For one of my New Year's Resolutions,
I will not give up chocolate. I will not be a quitter.
Whew! Finally a resolution I know I can keep! I feel so relieved.
I'd even bet I could keep this one clear until next December- maybe the rest of my life!
Feel free to follow my lead and add it to your list.
Seriously, I do have some resolutions for this year. They're pretty typical as far as be more organized, be healthier, lose weight, etc. However, I think the chocolate one will be the most fun to keep. :)

Don't miss my 7-11 Special! I'll have seven new cards on my blog over the course of the next week to ring in 2011! Be sure to check back every day to see my latest creations.

Happy Stamping, Happy New Year, and Happy Chocolate Eating!

I used the following Stampin' Up products to make this card:
Eat Chocolate Stamp Set (available in the Occasions Mini Stampin' Up Catalog on Jan. 4)
Rose Red, Pumpkin Pie, and Early Espresso Stampin' Write Markers
Very Vanilla, Rose Red, Pumpkin Pie, and Early Espresso Card Stock
Sweet and Sour Specialty Designer Series Paper
Decorative Label Punch
1 1/4" Striped Pumpkin Pie Grosgrain Ribbon
Stampin' Dimensionals
Paper Snips Scissors

Happy New Year Angela and Frank!! I hope it is a fantastic one for you. I think I will be able to keep this resolution also. I have already started in on my goal. Then I am going to try and do more challenges. I am not very good about doing them on paper. I do them in my head a lot but I am going to try to make a physical one. Well I hope this is a wonderful and blessed year for you.
